What Is The Issue With Your Laptop Keyboard?
Keyboard can wear out over time. This might result in keys that don’t make good contact (no character is produced when the key is pressed) or that remain in contact (stick) even when pressure is removed. The stuck key produces an error message when the system detects it; however, it has no way of detecting an open key. When this happens, we will have to replace the entire keyboard for you.

1. How much does dell laptop keyboard replacement cost?
Generally, most Dell laptop keyboard replacement costs between $115-185. However, in rare instances, there may be a need to replace both the keyboard and palmrest casing simultaneously. 2. I just spilled water on my keyboard. Do you offer cleaning service for laptop keyboard?
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to clean the inner parts of each individual key caps as removing them may poses of risk of damaging the keyboard hinge inside. This is especially so if you spilled sticky liquid like milk or juice. For such case, the entire keyboard has to be replaced.
3. I have some loose keys cap, can you replaced just the Dell key caps?
Unfortunately, we don’t have suppliers who sells a single key cap and as such, we can only replace the entire keyboard.
4. My keyboard is faulty, but I do not wish to replace the keyboard as it may not be economical to repair it? Do you have other alternative?
If you have mechanical keyboard around your house, you can engage our service to disconnect your Dell laptop keyboard’s cable. This way, you would be able to use your laptop with an external keyboard (mechanical keyboard).
5. How long is the warranty you offer for Dell keyboard Replacement?
The warranty is between 3-6 months depending on the model no.

Had a Aftershock laptop which is 6 years old with screen issues, brought it to Aftershock but they were unable to do anything about it as they don’t carry this model anymore. Went to fix my Lenovo Laptop, diagnosed with a SSD issue. Great, got fixed.Not even one month later, entire laptop fails to boot.Take it to a friend who knows about parts, he opens and the motherboard is fried. Thermal paste is all over the place,… overheated the motherboards chips.
