send my laptop to the company, the service counter staff exam it & give a first indication of diagnosis, and show me the estimated price of part & service.in the afternoon that day i send my laptop for repair, a WhatsApp message confirms the issue… and provide the list of options of price. Upon confirmation of my selection, the staff acknowledge & provide the full cost.the next day afternoon, a WhatsApp message inform me the laptop is ready for collection. i collected my laptop the following date.the next day when i encounter a issue, o send a message asking for help, the staff member response and my query was answered.i was impressed by the quality of the service of the counter staff and quick & efficient of WhatsApp message communication, and the prompt response of queries after the repair.read more

As my laptop had issues, i brought it to the official service centre (in the same building) and was quoted $1000 for a motherboard replacement, and charged $60 for a (inaccurate) diagnosis. Looking for a second opinion, i brought the device to… them.Volta PC’s diagnosis is free, and they repaired my device for a fraction of the price! Had my Razerblade’s battery changed here, ordered and the battery came in less than 4 working days, went down and battery was changed in 30mins. Staff was friendly and even offered to clean up my laptop’s fan seeing it was dirty. Would come back to… them again if i need helpread more
