Aftershock Service Centre Business hours:
Monday—Friday: 11:30 AM — 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11am – 6pm
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

2. Can I replace my Aftershock battery with higher capacity?
No, we can only replace with the same Aftershock Battery capacity.
3. Where can I find out my Aftershock Model Number?
The model number can be found at the bottom laptop casing.
4. Can I upgrade my Aftershock laptop and desktop?
Most Aftershock laptop and desktop support SSD and Ram Upgrade. For graphic card and motherboard upgrades, only Desktop would be possible. You can contact us to check the compatibility.
5. Can I repair Aftershock motherboard instead of replacing it with a new one?
Yes, we perfom laptop motherboard repair and Desktop motherboard repair instead of replacing it since the cost will be 2-4 times more when you purchase a new one. 6. Can I have two SSDs installed in my Aftershock laptop?
Yes, if your Aftershock laptop has 2 SSDs slots, SSD upgrade would be possible. Usually, Aftershock gaming laptop has one 2.5″ SSD slots and one PCIE NVME SSD slots. Contact us to find out more
7. Why is my Aftershock laptop always so hot?
Overheating! There are a few reasons this may happens. Faulty fan, not enough thermal paste, dusty internal components, battery issue or motherboard issue. To confirm, we provide FREE diagnostic check for out of warranty Aftershock laptops.
8. Why my Aftershock laptop cannot turn on?
There are a few possibilities, but most of the time, it is a motherboard issue. Other issues could include a faulty charger, a faulty Aftershock battery, or a keyboard issue (when the power button is located at the top right corner of the keyboard
