1. Scope of Services
Volta PC Upgrade & Repair (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional computer repair Singapore and laptop repair Singapore services, including but not limited to:
- Hardware repairs (screens, keyboards, batteries, CPUs)
- Software troubleshooting and installation
- Data recovery and backup
- System upgrades and optimization
We do not provide on site repair services and transport service currently unless explicitly agreed.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. Service Requests & Payment
- Payments are due in full before completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.
- Quotes are estimates and may change based on actual diagnostics.
4. Warranty & Service Guarantee
We provide a 30-90 days warranty on repair services, covering issues directly related to the performed repair.
- Warranty exclusions include:
- Accidental damage after service
- Water or liquid damage
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
- Data Recovery Services
- Software issues unrelated to our service
To claim warranty, contact us with proof of service and device details.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Backing up data before service. Volta PC Upgrade & Repair is not liable for lost or corrupted data.
- Following instructions for safe use after repair.
- Providing accurate information about device issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or revenue.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Data Protection
- We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Customer data will only be used for service delivery and communications.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Budget PC Upgrade & Repair.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed via direct communication with us.
