If you noticed that the screen of your Surface Pro 7 Plus is detaching from its chassis, it is essential to have the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus Battery replaced promptly. Failure to do so may lead to further expansion of the battery, potentially resulting in screen damage due to cracking.
This expansion, known as thermal overload, occurs due to a short in the battery array.
The battery of the Microsoft Surface is located within the device’s chassis, and accessing and replacing it requires releasing the touchscreen from the chassis. You will need an extremely skilled and experience technician to replace a surface pro 7 Plus battery. Great care is exercised during the screen removal process, however, there may be hairline cracks which are hard to be seen with our naked eye. There is a slight risk (1 out of 20 instances) of damaging the screen during the battery replacement and thus replacing the battery on your own is not recommended.

Close those background applications that consume more battery power.
Try to use darker themes over brighter ones.
Activate energy-saving modes.
Turn on Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, and NFC when needed

Went to fix my Lenovo Laptop, diagnosed with a SSD issue. Great, got fixed.Not even one month later, entire laptop fails to boot.Take it to a friend who knows about parts, he opens and the motherboard is fried. Thermal paste is all over the place,… overheated the motherboards chips.
