Step 3: Cleaning the Keyboard
Sometimes, dirt, dust, or spills can affect key response. We carefully clean under and around the keys using compressed air and alcohol-based cleaners, removing debris that may be causing stickiness or unresponsiveness.

Step 4: Reseating or Reconnecting the Keyboard
If cleaning doesn't resolve the issue, we open the laptop and inspect the internal ribbon cable or keyboard connector. A loose or damaged connection is a common cause of keyboard failure, and we resecure or replace it as needed.

Step 5: Keyboard Replacement (If Necessary)
If the keyboard is physically damaged or beyond repair, we replace it with a compatible OEM or high quality replacement part. We ensure the new keyboard fits perfectly and functions as expected.

Step 6: Final Testing
After repair or replacement, we run a full system check to ensure all keys are responsive, and that no other components were affected during the repair. We also test for comfort, key travel, and typing accuracy.
